1. About Us

ClientFoundry is a trading name of Ivan Ihtyarov, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. These Terms govern the services we provide to you.

By purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Service

We provide Reputation Management — an automated system that requests Google reviews from your customers on your behalf, supports responses to reviews you receive, and shares selected reviews to your social media and Google Business Profile.

Additional services, such as Database Reactivation campaigns, may be offered separately and agreed in writing.

3. Pricing and Payment

Monthly fee: £147, billed monthly in advance

Payments are processed via Stripe

All prices are in GBP.

If a payment fails, we'll contact you. If payment isn't resolved within 7 days, we may pause your service until it is.

4. What We Need From You

To deliver the service, you agree to:

Provide accurate business information and access to your Google Business Profile

Provide customer contact details that you have a lawful basis to share and to contact, in line with UK GDPR and PECR

Respond to reasonable requests for information needed to run the service

Not ask us to do anything that breaches Google's policies or UK law

Important: you are responsible for ensuring you have permission to contact the customers whose details you provide to us.

5. The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your service going live, you may request a refund of your first monthly fee.

Request must be made within 30 days of your go-live date

The guarantee applies to your first billing cycle only

We'll process approved refunds within 7 days.

6. What We Can and Can't Promise

We deliver our service with reasonable skill and care. However:

We cannot guarantee a specific number of reviews. Results depend on your customer volume, the size and quality of your contact list, and whether your customers choose to leave a review.

We cannot control Google's policies, algorithms, or whether Google displays a particular review.

Figures quoted on our website or in conversation are typical results, not guarantees.

7. Cancellation

By you: cancel any time with 7 days' written notice to [email protected] Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We don't pro-rate partial months.

By us: we may end the service with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you breach these Terms, ask us to act unlawfully, or fail to pay.

On cancellation, we'll disconnect our systems from your Google Business Profile. Reviews already collected remain yours — they live on your Google profile, not ours.

8. Our Ethical Commitments

We will never:

Filter, gate, or suppress negative reviews ("review gating") — this breaches Google's policies and UK consumer law

Write, buy, or post fake reviews

Offer incentives for positive reviews without clear disclosure

If you ask us to do any of these, we'll decline and may end our agreement.

9. Intellectual Property

Templates, workflows, and systems we build remain our intellectual property. You keep full ownership of your business data, customer information, and all reviews collected.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Subject to that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you've paid us in the [3/6] months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business interruption.

11. Confidentiality

We'll keep your business information confidential and only use it to deliver the service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice. If you don't accept the changes, you may cancel without penalty.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
